Multi-Use at Sea: Reflections from the ULTFARMS Workshop at EU MSP Week

On 5 June, during EU MSP Week in Brussels, the ULTFARMS project hosted a workshop titled “Advancing Multi-Use through MSP: Governance, Gaps and Pathways to Implementation”, bringing together a diverse group of projects and initiatives working on multi-use at sea, including NESBP and the Greater North Sea Basin Initiative (GNSBI).

Update from the Belgian Pilot: Productive Sampling Day in Offshore Waters

A recent ULTFARMS sampling day brought researchers and industry partners together to evaluate oysters grown in the innovative FlipFarm system and a conventional culture setup. Early findings are promising, and we look forward to the upcoming results that will provide further insights into the future of sustainable offshore oyster farming.
